What does the AI actually do?
It designs the invoice — layout, colour, typeface and the label wording for your trade. It never writes your line items or invents amounts; the figures are yours and the totals are computed from them.
Can I edit what it produces?
All of it, in a visual editor. You can also start from a blank template and never use the designer.
Do you take a cut of my payments?
No. You connect your own Stripe account, so your customer pays you directly. You pay Stripe their usual fee and nothing to us beyond your subscription.
Is my Stripe key safe?
It is encrypted before storage, only decrypted inside a request authenticated as you, and never returned to the browser. We verify it with Stripe the moment you paste it.
What if I cancel?
You keep access until the period you have paid for ends. Your invoices, clients and templates stay exactly where they are — nothing is deleted and nothing is held hostage. You just cannot raise new invoices until you subscribe again.
Is lifetime really forever?
Yes — one payment, no renewal, and every future release included. The AI designer has a monthly allowance rather than being unlimited, because each design costs us real money to generate and a one-off payment has to cover it indefinitely. If you need heavy AI use, the monthly plan gives you more of it.
